I love to play at weddings. There is so much joy, and so much to celebrate, I enjoy being able to celebrate with you. If you would like to hear me play in person or have any questions before or after booking me, you may stop by my studio for a free consultation. If you have specific requests, let me know beforehand so I can be prepared.
Each wedding is unique, so pick the music you want. Here are some possible places for music in your ceremony:
- Prelude: I usually play 20-30 minutes of prelude music.
- Mothers/Grandmothers entrance
- Wedding party entrance
- Bride’s entrance
- Unity Candle or Memorial Candle
- Communion
- Recessional
You do not have to have a different piece of music for each of these spots, for example, you can have one piece for both the mothers and the bridesmaids.
Any live music adds a lot to a wedding, but harp music makes your special day even more special. I can accommodate most requests with four weeks of notice, but keep in mind that it may sound different on the harp than on another instrument.
